Roles and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role as a recruiter at Kalpas Innovations Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various tech positions within the company. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Skill Required:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a must.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
- Experience with Google Workspace and Trello would be a plus.
- Freshers with Internship experience can also apply.
